Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. softened butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 large apple, peeled and cut into small chunks
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin tins, including the area between the cavities.
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Mix in egg.
    Quickly fold in buttermilk; do not overmix or batter will curdle.
