Creamy Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 serving size) pkg. or 1 (8 serving size) pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    3/4 c. orange juice
    orange slices for garnish (optional)
    strawberries for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Spoon in ice cream, stirring until melted and smooth.
    Stir in orange juice.
    Pour into a 5-cup mold.
    Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
    Unmold. Garnish with orange slices and strawberries, if desired.
