Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    4 or 5 stalks celery
    2 onions
    flour (2 to 3 Tbsp.)
    milk
    1 lb. Velveeta
    green chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and debone chicken.
    In large skillet, saute celery and onions until soft; add flour to thicken.
    Add milk to make a sauce.
    Add Velveeta.
    After Velveeta is melted, add chilies and chicken.
    Serve over rice.
