Tomatoes And Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook okra according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Cook onion and green pepper in oil until tender, but not brown.
    Blend in sugar, flour and seasonings.
    Add tomatoes and okra.
    Cook over low heat until vegetables are hot through, stirring as little as possible.
    Makes 4 servings.
