Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. thawed frozen strawberries
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl.
    Mix rest of ingredients by hand.
    Make well in center of dry ingredients and pour liquid mixture; stir until well mixed.
    Pour in greased and floured loaf pans.
    Use 6 (3 x 6 x 2-inch) pans or 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for large loaves and 40 minutes for small pans.
    Real good sliced thin and spread with cream cheese.
