Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 c. diced apples
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix lightly and put into greased and floured pie pan or 9 x 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned or apples are done, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
