Meat Loaf Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    mashed potatoes (4 servings)
    1/4 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly mix bread, meat, milk, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Spread mixture evenly in 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Drain fat from meat loaf.
    Pile mashed potatoes on meat loaf as for meringue on pie.
    Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and bake until cheese is melted.
