Ingredients

butter (size of an egg)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 can (2 c.) sour cherries
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and 1/2 cup sugar; add milk.
Sift dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
Pour into greased glass baking dish.
