Diabetic Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
10 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix oleo, Sweet 'N Low, eggs, cinnamon and allspice.
Stir in applesauce, flour, soda and vanilla.
Beat at low speed.
Add raisins and nuts.
Bake in greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
