Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, sliced
2 to 3 medium carrots, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained (can use frozen)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water
Preparation

Place layers of vegetables in order given in crock-pot. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Put the lightly browned beef on top of celery.
Mix tomato soup with water and pour into crock-pot.
Cover and set on low for 6 to 8 hours (high for 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally).
