Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 3) can pumpkin
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 cans evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients with a mixer.
    Pour into pastry filled pie tins.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and reduce the heat to 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes three 9-inch pies.
