Zucchini Milano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    4 c. sliced zucchini (1/4-inch thick)
    1 tomato, cut into wedges
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large pan, melt butter.
    Add onion, green pepper and oregano.
    Saute until tender.
    Add zucchini; cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in tomato.
    Turn heat very low and stir in cheese until melted.
