Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh fish fillets (bass, snapper or orange roughy)
    canola oil
    Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dip fish in canola oil and roll in crumbs.
    Put on oiled pan or Pyrex dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 500\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
