Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    6 qt. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    first 4 ingredients well.
    Roll into small balls.
    Bring water and salt to a boil.
    Drop meatballs into water.
    When they float to top, remove and drain.
    Put in crock-pot or loaf pan. Pour over favorite sauce and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (We like barbecue sauce best.)
