Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice (less 2 Tbsp.)
1 c. boiling water (less 2 Tbsp.)
1 pkg. orange jello
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. drained, crushed canned pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. plain yogurt
Preparation

Combine juice and boiling water; bring to a boil.
Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Chill.
When almost set, stir in remaining ingredients.
Turn into 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
