Custard Crunch Mince Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. mincemeat
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar and salt.
    Add eggs, then butter and mincemeat and nuts.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    If mincemeat is real thick, add 2 tablespoons water.
