Curry Chicken With Fresh Fruit(1 Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chicken breast
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 oz. almonds
    1/4 oz. raisins
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. mayo
    1/2 oz. cantaloupe
    1/2 oz. honeydew
    1 oz. pineapple
    3 strawberries
Preparation
    Cook chicken breast; cool and dice into medium size pieces. Set aside.
    Saute curry powder, almonds, raisins and brown sugar over medium heat just until almonds brown.
    Let cool slightly.
    Add mayonnaise and then mix in chicken.
    Serve cold on a platter with fresh fruit.
