Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 box Stove Top stuffing (San Francisco flavor)
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in water (to cover).
    Cook 10 minutes and drain.
    Put stuffing and season packet in large bowl.
    Add melted oleo and mix.
    Save 1/2 cup of stuffing mixture.
    Add squash and onion, sour cream , carrots and soup to stuffing mixture and mix well.
    Put in buttered casserole.
    Put the 1/2 cup of plain stuffing on top.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
