Mustard Sauce For Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef consomme
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook on medium heat until thickened, stirring to prevent lumping.
    Serve warm.
    Sauce keeps well in refrigerator and may be reheated successfully.
    Makes about 1 quart.
