Celery Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. toasted almonds (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil the celery in just enough water to cover it for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add to the drained celery the cream of mushroom soup and the melted butter; mix.
    Pour in a casserole pan. Sprinkle the bread crumbs and the almonds and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
