Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Tear up bread in pieces and place in greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Brown and drain sausage; spoon over bread. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over sausage. Beat together eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes. The cheese will rise to the top during baking.
