Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 egg
    8 large cabbage leaves
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Season meat; add onion, rice and egg.
    Roll a portion of filling into each leaf; fasten ends with toothpicks.
    Place the cabbage rolls in the pressure cooker.
    Pour tomato soup and water over rolls.
    Cover, set control and cook 8 minutes after pressure is reached.
    Let pressure go down normally.
