Bobotee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 large slice white bread
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 or 8 almonds, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Soak bread in half the milk.
    Fry onion in 1 tablespoon of margarine.
    Mix curry powder, sugar, salt, lemon juice and add to hamburger.
    Add soaked bread, fried onions, chopped almonds and 1 egg.
    Mix well and put into well greased dish.
    Whisk the remaining two eggs and rest of the milk.
    Season with salt and pepper and pour over the hamburger mixture.
    Put some sliced lemons on top with the rest of the margarine (melted).
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 standing in a dish of water.
