1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. dry milk (optional)
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil

Substitute 1 cup blue corn meal for 1 cup corn meal for something different!
