Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cream Cheese Icing
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Beat eggs and oil in small mixing bowl.
Combine flour, sugar, soda, powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
Add egg mixture; mix well.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Pour into pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Spread icing on top.
