Swiss Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pound 6 tablespoons flour into steak. Brown in hot fat.
    Add above ingredients. Cover and cook over very low heat or in oven at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 until tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes to cook down sauce.
