Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick rice
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
16 oz. Velveeta cheese, shredded
salt to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Defrost broccoli but do not cook.
Mix together broccoli, onion and rice.
Slice butter into pats and mix into broccoli.
Mix together in separate bowl the soup, milk and half of the cheese.
Fold into broccoli mixture.
Salt to taste. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Serve hot.
