Indian Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1/4 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 c. dark molasses
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Scald 3 cups of milk and pour onto corn meal.
    Cook in double boiler 15 minutes.
    Add molasses, salt, sugar, spices and butter.
