Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken cutlets
    breadcrumbs to coat
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 c. Stove Top Dressing, prepared according to directions on package
Preparation
    Pound cutlets until quite thin (between two pieces of plastic wrap).
    Lay flat; spread prepared dressing to within 1/2-inch on each side of chicken; tightly roll and dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry slightly to brown in approximately 2 tablespoons of canola oil.
    Bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven. Makes 4 servings. before dipping and frying.
