Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large eggplant
1 stick butter
1 long pkg. crackers
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
salt, pepper and season to taste
extra crackers
Preparation

Get oblong bowl and butter it all in the bottom and sides.
Get a rolling pin and crumb crackers up, then spread half of them in the bottom of bowl.
Pour half of the ingredients in the bowl and spread the other half of the crackers on top.
Put the rest on top of the crackers, then sprinkle crumbs on top of the whole dish. Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
