Prairie Fire Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. red beans, cooked (drain liquid)
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 lb. grated Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
    4 jalapenos, chopped
    1 tsp. jalapeno juice
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix and heat over hot water (double boiler) until cheese is melted.
