Jalapeno Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. quick cooking grits
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 stick margarine
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar
    1 roll (6 oz.) jalapeno cheese
    1 can green chilies, chopped or jalapeno pepper
    3 or 4 shakes Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Add grits gradually to water and salt, stirring until thick, about 5 minutes.
    Add eggs and let it come to a good boil.
    Add margarine and cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Add Tabasco sauce.
    Put in greased 8 or 9-inch square dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
