Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
crushed corn flakes or Rice Krispies for topping
Preparation

Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, onion and 3/4 of the grated cheese.
Pour in a greased baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Add remaining cheese and top with cereal.
Drizzle a stick of butter or oleo over the cereal.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
