Salmon Pate Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 oz.) onion, quartered
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained (remove skin and bones)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 or 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. horseradish (heaping)
    parsley (for garnish)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. dill weed (dried)
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    salt
    pepper (fresh ground)
    fennel bread (serve with)
Preparation
    In food processor with steel knife, mince parsley with on and off turns.
    Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
