Raspberry Glazed Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. seedless raspberry jam
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    16 whole chicken wings (about 3 lb.)
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine jam, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
    Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute.
    Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips.
    Place wings in a large bowl; add raspberry mixture and toss to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
    Line a 10 x 15-inch baking pan with foil and grease the foil.
    Using a slotted spoon and reserving the marinade, place wings in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, turning once.
    Cook reserved marinade for 10 minutes; brush over wings and bake 25 minutes longer.
