Cod Or Haddock Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cod or haddock
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated American cheese or 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
Preparation
    Cut fish into 3 servings.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Place in a glass oven dish.
    Pour tomato sauce and lemon juice over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter or oleo.
    Bake in a hot 400\u00b0 oven until fish has browned lightly and fish flakes, about 25 minutes.
