Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken
1 onion, sliced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 can Shoe Peg corn
1 pkg. frozen limas
1 qt. tomatoes
3 potatoes, cubed
1/3 c. catsup
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Boil chicken, skin and take off bone.
Save liquid and set chicken aside.
Add to the liquid, the onion, celery, salt, pepper, corn, limas, tomatoes, potatoes, catsup and vinegar.
Cook for 2 hours.
