Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stalk celery
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cover chicken breasts, celery and onion with water and cook until tender.
    Remove chicken and dice.
    Add rice, soups and diced chicken to water; simmer until rice is done.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese and crumbled crackers to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and browns on top.
