Nine-Day Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
2 ribs celery, sliced
2 medium onions, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. mustard seed
1 c. salad oil
1 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients and blend well.
Then combine the oil, vinegar, salt and sugar; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour over cabbage mixture immediately.
Cool.
Cover and refrigerate.
