Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes broccoli
    1 large head fresh broccoli
    10 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/2 c. celery
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. half and half
    1 c. light cream
    salt and pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. minced onions
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and potatoes (mash potatoes).
    Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer until done.
