Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1/4 c. margarine (oil) or butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 (16 oz.) can drained whole tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and pat chicken pieces with flour.
    Cook in hot oil for 15 to 20 minutes; set chicken aside.
    Add all of the remaining ingredients; cook for 10 minutes.
    Add chicken; cook for 50 minutes.
