Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 pkg. Chili-O mix
    1 pkg. yellow rice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onions in skillet.
    Add Chili-O mix and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Cook yellow rice as directed. Beginning with rice, layer in a casserole dish.
    There will be 2 layers each.
    Mix Cheddar cheese soup and milk.
    Heat and pour over the top.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
