Agnes' Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. cooked small shell macaroni
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
    2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Stir lemon juice into milk until milk thickens; add salad dressing,
    black pepper, and mustard and mix well.
    Combine salad dressing
    mixture with remaining ingredients; toss lightly until well mixed.
    Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
