Squash And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
2 onions, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
salt to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 small jar pimento
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 pkg. seasoned croutons
Preparation

Cook squash, onions and carrots and drain.
Add remaining ingredients except oleo and croutons.
Place half the mixture in greased casserole.
Add squash mixture and place remaining croutons on top of squash.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
