Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 small squash
1 small onion
1 can chicken soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 8 oz. container sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
Preparation

Boil squash and onion until tender. Drain. Put into casserole dish and mash with fork. Add chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle corn bread stuffing over top and add pats of butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
