Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. green onions
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    corn flake crumbs (for topping)
    melted butter (for topping)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender; cool and grate them.
    Heat 1/2 cup butter with soup, blend in sour cream, onions and cheese.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish; top with cornflake crumbs mixed with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
