Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. oil
2 cans regular corn
1 can creamed corn
3 eggs
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. milk
1 medium bag Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large ovenproof bowl and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
