Rhubarb And Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. strawberries, cleaned
    1 stack pink rhubarb, cut into 1-inch slices
    1 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine strawberries, rhubarb and water and boil for 5 minutes.
    Set aside for 2 hours.
    Place the soup in blender and add lemon juice, sugar and sour cream.
    Blend until smooth.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Serves 6.
