Zucchini Streusel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together, then add vanilla and zucchini.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Spoon 1/2 batter into greased and floured Bundt pan, or 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle streusel mix over batter.
    Spoon remaining batter on top of streusel.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
