Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1 can tomatoes
    6 carrots, cut up
    2 onions, cut up
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can peas
    1 sliced bread, cubed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    2 potatoes, cut up
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. red wine (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in large casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
